Lewis and Clark Humane Society names new executive director

Lewis and Clark Humane Society has announced Kelsie Dalton Watts is their next executive director Watts has a decade’s worth of experience in the nonprofit industry she’s been with the organization during some of its most difficult times including the Malamute rescue back in 2011 the current executive director Gina we stand outs to her retirement last November after 20 years with the organization watt says Wiest has left the organization in a great place and wants to build upon that success a lot of things I really want to focus on is just continuing to empower our staff and continuing to just put one foot in front of the other and build upon what she’s already done we have made huge strides in the last 20 years and I plan on taking us even further in the next 20 Watts begins the new position February 1st she’s currently serving as the shelter’s development and communications director each animal shown in this story is currently available for adoption at the Lewis and Clark Humane Society
